Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation

To confirm your booking with Holy Kailash Tour Pvt. Ltd., a non-refundable advance deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Nepal or as agreed prior to trip departure. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit.

Payment Policy

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or cash upon arrival. Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellation Policy

If a trip is canceled by the client, the following charges apply:

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: deposit is non-refundable
  • Cancellation within 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost
  • Cancellation within 14 days of departure or no-show: 100% of total trip cost

Cancellation policies may vary for Tibet tours due to permit regulations.

Trip Changes & Itinerary Modifications

Holy Kailash Tour Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, political situations, health concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be made in the best interest of safety and comfort.

Travel Insurance

All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance covering trekking up to the maximum altitude of the trip, emergency evacuation, medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability. Insurance documents must be provided before the trek begins.

Health & Fitness

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the trip. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. Holy Kailash Tour is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed health conditions.

Guide & Porter Welfare

We are committed to ethical trekking practices. All guides and porters are insured, paid fairly, and provided with proper equipment and accommodation. Clients are expected to treat staff with respect at all times.

Responsibility & Risk

Trekking and high-altitude travel involve inherent risks. By booking with us, clients acknowledge these risks and agree that Holy Kailash Tour Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for injuries, accidents, delays, loss of personal belongings, or circumstances beyond our control.

Unused Services

No refunds will be provided for unused services due to early departure, illness, or personal reasons.

Passport, Visa & Permits

Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas. Holy Kailash Tour will assist with trekking permits and Tibet travel permits as applicable, but delays caused by authorities are beyond our control.

Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to respect local customs, religious practices, and environmental guidelines. Any behavior that disrupts the group or violates local laws may result in trip termination without refund.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Holy Kailash Tour Pvt. Ltd., clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
