The 'Roof of the World' offers an exceptional opportunity to experience the natural landscape. We reach the Everest Advanced Base Camp at 6,340 meters (20,800 feet) up, where Everest summiteers used to trek. As part of our learning journey, we visit several landmarks in Lhasa, including the Potala Palace and Norbulingka Palace. Our next stop is Shigatse, followed by a hike at Lotingri. Among other Tibetan landmarks, we visit the Tashilhunpo Monastery, Khumbum Stupa, Phalkot Monastery, etc., to appreciate Tibetans' rich culture and history.
